Classes and Quick Clinics
The fine print update: Starting April 1, 2010 payment will be required at the time of registration for all classes. A minimum of 48 hour notice is necessary to cancel and apply your class fee. With a 48 hour cancellation, you will be able to carry your class fee payment over to the next time the class is offered, apply the payment to another class, or pick up project instructions at your convenience. No refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend class after registering.

Celtic Knot Earrings (Beginner)

Stringing and Crimping (Beginner)
Learn the basics with an emphasis on the crimping technique. This class is for beginners or those with limited beading experience. You will learn about tools, designing your piece, and leave with a completed African Kazuri bead bracelet. Teens welcome.

Wire wrap Earrings & Pendant on leather cord (Beginner)
Learn the basics of wire wrapping. This class is a must take for all of you out there that wish to start making earrings to go with all of your bracelets and necklaces. We do a lot of practicing in this class. You will make one pair of earrings from beads of your choice. The pendant/beads you select will hang from a leather cord if desired. We will teach you the basics plain loops, wrapped loops, and how to finish leather cord. Teens welcome.

Trailing Vine Bracelet (Beginner)
This bracelet embellishes upon the right angle weave (RAW) technique. The color combinations for this bracelet are endless. Prior work with right angle weave helpful but not necessary. You will work with two sizes of semi-precious stones and seed beads to complete this project.

Infinity Pendant and Earrings (Beginner)
What a beautiful gift! Wire spirals, wrapping, hammering, how to graduate sizes, and handmade ear wires – that is what you will learn in this class. Lampwork Bead Making Class (Beginner) and (The Next Level)-see below
This class is great! What a new appreciation we all received for glass bead artist! Learn the basics for lampwork glass bead making in this 4 1/2 hour class. All supplies included. Stop in and take a look at the beads I made during both the first and second sessions. Join us for the next session that will be offered at Snow Farm in Williamsburg (field trip). You will be hands on making beads the whole time. Learn about the types of tools and the setup needed for Lampwork Glass Bead Making.

Sunday, March 21st 9:30-2:30 “The Next Level” Class – If you have joined us in the past for a beginners lampwork class, it’s time to step up your knowledge. Learn how to work with baking soda, stringers, cane work, and how to use silver and powders in your beads. You will also have the chance to purchase specialty glass colors in this class.
